Company
What is YaXiuTing?
YaXiuTing is an intimatewear manufacturing partner with more than 30 years of experience in underwear and close-to-skin apparel production. We support brands with product development, private label manufacturing, sampling and bulk production.
What does “Engineered for the Feeling of Nothing” mean?
It describes our product philosophy. The best intimatewear should feel light, natural and almost forgotten on the body. We work through fabric selection, pattern balance, structure and finishing to create a more comfortable wearing experience.
What types of brands do you usually work with?
We work with growing DTC brands, mid-sized retail brands, private label retailers, e-commerce projects, independent design studios and emerging brands focused on comfort, functionality and intimatewear quality.
Are you a trading company or a manufacturer?
YaXiuTing is built around manufacturing capability. Our strength comes from long-term factory experience, stable production management and hands-on knowledge of intimatewear construction.
OEM / ODM Services
Do you offer OEM and ODM services?
Yes. For OEM projects, you can provide your design, tech pack or reference sample, and we produce according to your approved specifications. For ODM projects, we can provide more development support, including fabric direction, structure suggestions, sample refinement and production solutions.
Can you manufacture products under our own brand label?
Yes. We support private label production, including brand labels, care labels, packaging discussion and customized product details. Final options depend on the product category, order quantity, packaging requirements and destination-market rules.
Do we need a complete tech pack before contacting you?
A complete tech pack is helpful, but it is not always required at the first stage. You may start with product photos, sketches, size references, fabric ideas, target price and estimated order quantity. We will then advise what information is still needed.
Can you help improve an existing product?
Yes. We can review an existing sample or reference product and discuss possible improvements in fabric handfeel, fit, seam placement, waistband comfort, construction stability and production efficiency.
Can you protect our designs and brand information?
We understand that confidentiality is important for private label projects. If your company requires an NDA before sharing detailed designs, launch plans or technical information, please let us know before development begins.
Products & Materials
What product categories can you produce?
We focus on intimatewear and close-to-skin apparel, including underwear, briefs, panties, comfort basics, functional underwear and related private label products. Final feasibility depends on the design, material and technical requirements.
What fabrics do you commonly work with?
We commonly work with close-to-skin fabrics such as Tencel, modal, functional yarns and other soft stretch materials used in premium intimatewear. Fabric recommendations are based on comfort, stretch recovery, target price and testing needs.
Can you support comfort-focused or second-skin products?
Yes. Comfort-focused product engineering is central to our work. We consider fabric softness, stretch, recovery, cutting accuracy, seam position, pressure points and finishing details to help create a second-skin wearing experience.
Can you produce both women’s and men’s underwear?
Yes. We can discuss women’s, men’s and selected unisex underwear projects. Each project is reviewed according to fabric, fit, size range, machinery requirements and production complexity.
Can you help with size grading and fit adjustment?
Yes. We can support pattern review, measurement checking, fit comments and grading discussion. For best results, please provide your target market, size chart, fit model measurements and any existing brand fit standards.
Sampling & Development
How do we start a new project?
The usual process begins with your project brief. We review the product category, design reference, fabric direction, size range, target quantity, packaging requirements and delivery expectations. After feasibility review, we move to quotation, sampling, approval and bulk production planning.
What information should we provide for a quotation?
Please provide as much of the following as possible:
- Product type and design reference
- Tech pack, sketch, sample photo or existing sample
- Fabric composition or desired handfeel
- Size range and measurement standard
- Estimated order quantity by color and size
- Label, packaging and branding requirements
- Target market, compliance needs and expected timeline
What is your MOQ?
MOQ depends on product type, fabric, color, trims, packaging and production complexity. We can support small-batch quick response and larger-volume orders where feasible. Please share your project details so we can recommend a realistic MOQ.
How long does sample development take?
Sampling time depends on design complexity, material availability, trims, printing, branding and revision rounds. Once the product information is complete, we can provide a more accurate development timeline.
Can we request sample revisions?
Yes. Sample revisions are common in intimatewear development. Clear comments on fit, measurement, fabric touch, waistband tension, seam position and finishing details help us improve the product more efficiently.
Production & Quality
How do you control product quality?
Quality is managed throughout the process, including material checking, sample approval, pre-production review, cutting, sewing, inline inspection and final inspection. We focus on consistency, measurement control and finishing details.
Do you provide pre-production samples?
For most custom projects, a pre-production sample or approved sample standard is recommended before bulk production. It helps confirm fabric, color, measurement, construction, label, packaging and final workmanship.
Can you handle both small-batch and large-volume production?
Yes. Our production setup supports flexible planning, from small-batch quick response for market testing to larger-volume orders for established retail and e-commerce programs.
Can you help optimize cost without reducing quality?
Yes. We can review fabric selection, construction method, trims, packaging and production approach to help improve cost efficiency while protecting the product’s comfort and quality standard.
What happens if a quality issue occurs?
If a quality concern appears, please provide photos, quantities, batch information and inspection details. We will review the issue against the approved standard and work with you on a practical solution.
Delivery & Partnership
What is your delivery performance?
Our documented on-time delivery rate is over 98%. Actual delivery schedules depend on order size, material availability, approval timing, packaging requirements and shipping arrangements.
Can you support urgent or quick-response orders?
We can discuss quick-response orders depending on product complexity, material stock, production capacity and approval status. Early communication helps us evaluate the most realistic timeline.
Can you support retailer or marketplace requirements?
Yes. For retailer, e-commerce or marketplace projects, please provide labeling rules, packaging standards, testing requirements and documentation needs early in the process so they can be included before production.
Can you coordinate shipping?
We can support shipment-related coordination such as carton information, packing requirements and communication with your appointed forwarder. Final logistics terms should be confirmed during order negotiation.
Are you suitable for long-term supply partnerships?
Yes. We are suitable for brands that need stable manufacturing, consistent quality, flexible capacity and long-term supply chain value rather than a one-time supplier relationship.
Have a project-specific question?
Send us your product brief, target quantity, fabric direction and expected timeline. Our team will review the details and respond with practical next steps.
